PROGRAMMINg, OPERATIONS, STRATEGY
Krista brings more than 15 years of experience developing programs, managing complex projects, building organizational systems, and supporting artists and organizations across the performing arts.
Her leadership experience spans programming and professional development, operations, financial management, partnerships, communications, events, and organizational planning. She has managed large-scale training programs and summer intensives, developed new educational initiatives, cultivated college and industry partnerships, supported national touring programs and events, managed budgets and financial systems, and helped build the structures needed to move projects from idea to execution.
Across her work with organizations including Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, New York City Dance Alliance, Steps on Broadway, the New York City Dance Alliance Foundation, and BOOM CRACK! Dance Company, Krista has worked at both the strategic and day-to-day levels of arts organizations. She is particularly comfortable stepping into projects with a lot of moving pieces, creating structure around the work, and bringing people together to move an idea forward.
Her MBA in Leadership and Marketing complements more than a decade of hands-on experience navigating the creative, operational, and business needs of performing arts organizations.
